A few simple steps.

You only need InfinitumMassTexting-macOS.zip. No Xcode or developer account required.

Download the Mac ZIP ↓

  1. Finish or pause, then quit

    If updating, finish your campaigns or use Pause All and wait until every campaign is paused. Choose Infinitum → Quit from the menu bar.

  2. Open the ZIP

    Open your Downloads folder and double-click InfinitumMassTexting-macOS.zip. It creates InfinitumMassTexting.app.

  3. Move it to Applications

    Drag InfinitumMassTexting.app into the Applications folder in Finder. Choose Replace if you are updating an older copy.

  4. Open the app

    Open Applications and double-click InfinitumMassTexting. The app is Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized. Requires macOS 14 or later, on Intel or Apple silicon.

  5. Connect Messages

    Sign in to Messages and confirm you can send normally. Allow Infinitum to control Messages when macOS asks. Use Help & Sender in the app for setup.

  6. Continue or prepare

    Existing data stays on your Mac. Your previous campaign appears in Campaign 1, paused. Choose Progress → Check Connection, then Resume Campaign when ready. Do not Archive & Reset just to resume. Campaigns 2 and 3 are separate workspaces.

  7. Create your free account at Account & Billing, review the agreements and verify your email. In the app, open Account & Plan and sign in. Free includes 25 live-send credits per calendar month; Pro adds more credits, scheduling and three campaigns.

Dry Run means practice.

With Dry Run ON, campaign runs do not send messages. To send real messages, turn it OFF, review, and explicitly confirm Live. Send Test to Me is a separate live test requiring confirmation.

What are the other download files?

Contact-Import-Template.csv is an optional example. SHA256SUMS.txt is an optional checksum for advanced users. You do not need GitHub’s “Source code” ZIP or TAR files; they contain the public website, not the app.

Schedule a campaign

In Prepare, turn on “Schedule this campaign for later” and choose a date and time. The app detects your Mac’s time zone and shows it in the review. Confirm the schedule to arm it. Each of the three campaign tabs has its own schedule.

Keep the app open, your Mac awake with its lid open, and Messages connected. “Keep Mac awake” in Settings prevents idle sleep. If you quit or restart, manually Resume the campaign. If sleep makes a start more than five minutes late, it pauses for your review. Normal recipient safeguards still apply. Dry Run ON sends nothing.
