Licensed, not sold Subject to the Terms of Use, your applicable plan and this License, Infinitum Imagery LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run official, unmodified copies of Infinitum Mass Texting on compatible Macs you own or are authorized to use, for lawful personal or internal business communications. Authorized personnel must follow the Terms and use their own accounts. Free and complimentary access remain subject to this License. The app is distributed through official download channels, not as open-source software. 2. Restrictions Except with our prior written permission or where applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction, you may not copy or disclose proprietary source code or assets; modify, translate, rebuild, fork or create derivative works from them; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app; sell, sublicense, rent, rebrand, distribute or make it available as a service to third parties; remove copyright or trademark notices; defeat licensing, account verification or plan limits; or use confidential implementation details obtained unlawfully to reproduce the product. Necessary installation and backup copies of the official binary are permitted. You may share the official download link. You may not imply our endorsement or use our trademarks for your own products without permission. 3. Scope of protected rights We retain rights in our software, original content and branding. This License does not give us ownership of your contacts, messages or exports. It does not prohibit independently created software merely because it has similar ideas or functionality, lawful interoperability, or other conduct protected by non-waivable law. It does not override any separate third-party or open-source license. Applicable third-party notices and licenses govern their respective components. Nothing in a public download, source-visible website or public repository grants a license to proprietary app source code. 4. Updates, termination and remedies Updates supplied by us are covered unless accompanied by different terms. The Terms govern required updates, suspension and termination. On termination, stop using and remove app copies except records that law allows you to retain; you may keep your own exported data. We may pursue lawful remedies for infringement or breach, subject to proof and applicable law; no automatic penalty or entitlement to an injunction is created by this License. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 5. Incorporated terms and contact The Terms of Use, including lawful warranty disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions, are incorporated.
