PRIVACY POLICY Infinitum Mass Texting — Effective September 20, 2026 Infinitum Imagery LLC Policy version 2026-09-20.2 What the app stores The app stores contact names, phone numbers, optional email/social usernames/notes, consent/source records, imported text, message variations, personalized messages, settings, do-not-contact numbers, campaign status, error logs, local acceptance state and timestamps on your Mac. The three campaign slots share this Mac’s contact library, suppression list and available recipient history; there is no cross-device synchronization by Infinitum. Its data folder is ~/Library/Application Support/InfinitumMassTexting/. These files are not separately encrypted by the app; they use local file permissions. Your device encryption and backup settings apply. What leaves your Mac When you explicitly confirm a live campaign, the selected recipient number and message are passed to Apple Messages for transmission using your configured account and, where applicable, your carrier. Apple, carriers and recipients handle this information under their own policies. Apple Messages syncing and your device backups are controlled by your account and OS settings. Automatic update checks contact api.github.com on launch, periodically and when a live campaign needs a fresh version check. GitHub receives normal network information, such as IP address, request time, and HTTP headers. The request identifies the app’s public release repository. It does not include your contacts, message bodies, opt-out list or campaign logs. Downloads are hosted by GitHub. The public website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, with a GitHub Pages mirror. Firebase Hosting processes visitor IP addresses for abuse detection and usage analysis (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy). Google’s privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. The website adds no advertising, analytics SDK, tracking pixels, contact form or optional tracking cookies. Hosting providers may process normal connection and security logs under their own policies. No app telemetry or AI service The app has no advertising SDK, cloud contact storage or AI-service integration. It does not upload campaigns to Infinitum. Message-quality hints run locally and do not determine whether content was generated by AI. The app does not read incoming conversations to detect opt-outs. Accounts, subscriptions and usage Firebase Authentication processes your email, sign-in credentials and account verification. Refresh credentials are stored in macOS Keychain; passwords are not stored by Infinitum’s app. The account website stores sign-in tokens in persistent browser storage so you stay signed in after closing the browser or updating the website. Sign Out removes the saved sign-in. Clearing site data, using private browsing, revoked credentials or account security changes may require signing in again. Sign out on shared devices. Do not share your sign-in. Infinitum’s Firebase backend stores your account ID/email, plan, complimentary grants, random device/campaign/attempt identifiers, monthly credit counts, reservations, timestamps and administrative audit records. These records enforce shared allowances and do not contain recipient names, phone numbers, message bodies or your local contact library. The app needs an online account authorization before each live-send attempt. Dry runs use no credits. Stripe processes payment and subscription information under its privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). Payment details are entered in Stripe-hosted checkout; Infinitum’s app never receives full card details. Our backend retains Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and access status. Complimentary accounts need no payment method. We use this information to provide access, prevent misuse, support customers and maintain appropriate billing records. Your controls and retention Local campaign records and saved message templates remain until you erase them. Templates are stored only on your Mac, not uploaded to the account service. Clear Temporary Cache keeps contacts, campaigns, logs and opt-outs. Erase All Local App Data removes app-managed records and preferences after confirmation. Uninstalling the app alone does not remove Application Support data. Local erasure does not delete your online account, reset monthly credits or cancel a subscription. Manage billing in Account & Plan. Request online account deletion at kdoyle@infinitumimagery.com; billing and abuse-prevention records may be retained where necessary. Erasure does not delete Messages conversations, exported files, browser downloads, device backups or information already received by others. Previously contacted numbers are no longer remembered after erasure. Support and public contributions Information you voluntarily post to the public GitHub repository is public. Never include personal contacts, message contents, passwords or unredacted logs. Email kdoyle@infinitumimagery.com for private support; share only information necessary to resolve your request. Infinitum uses information voluntarily provided for responding to support requests and operating the product; information may be retained as needed for that purpose or legal obligations. Your responsibilities If you manage recipients’ information for an organization, you are responsible for having permission to process it and providing any required notices. Accounts are intended for adults 18 or older. Contact and changes For privacy questions and requests, email kdoyle@infinitumimagery.com privately. We will date material policy changes in the app and on the distribution page. This policy does not remove rights provided by applicable law. Signup profile and agreement records (version 2026-09-20.2) We additionally collect your full name, country of residence, optional organization, confirmation that you are at least 18 and authorized to agree, the agreement version and a server timestamp. These records identify the contracting user, support accounts and document acceptance. We do not require a phone number, full birth date, government ID or payment card for a free account. Agreement records are stored on our server and cannot be edited directly by clients. A terms checkbox is not consent to promotional email or texting. We do not enroll you in marketing at signup. Sharing, international processing and legal bases Google/Firebase and Stripe process data to provide authentication, hosting, database and payment services. GitHub processes update/download requests. Staff or service providers with a legitimate operational need may access relevant account/support records; recipient content is not uploaded by the app. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights/security or address fraud, and in a merger or asset transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising. We do not operate an advertising-tracking system; accordingly there is no such sale/sharing activity for an opt-out signal to disable. Our account database is in the United States. Providers may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards. Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely as appropriate on performing the account/service contract, legitimate interests in security and support balanced against your rights, compliance with legal duties, and consent where required. Accepting a privacy notice does not waive your privacy rights. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you; automatic plan/quota enforcement may restrict app access and can be reviewed through support. Retention and privacy requests Account/profile information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for support, security, disputes and legal obligations. After a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify information no longer needed and explain any applicable retention exceptions. Agreement, billing and audit records may be retained for legal, accounting or dispute purposes; this is not a promise of immediate deletion of every record. Send-authorization and billing-event records currently remain until operational deletion is performed; setting an expiry field alone does not delete them. We review retention as the service operates. Local records follow the local deletion controls described above. Service-provider backups and legally required records may persist after active deletion. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent when processing relies on it, appeal a request decision, or complain to a supervisory authority. Email kdoyle@infinitumimagery.com with your account email and the request, without attaching contact lists or passwords. We may verify control of the account or an authorized agent's authority before responding, and respond within applicable legal deadlines. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights. Requests concerning data held only on your Mac generally require you or your organization to use the app's local controls; we cannot remotely retrieve or erase it. Security and eligibility We use authenticated service access, restricted database rules, HTTPS and macOS Keychain for saved app sign-in credentials. No system is completely secure; protect your Mac, account credentials, exports and backups. This service is intended for adults 18 or older, not children.
