MASS TEXTING FROM YOUR OWN NUMBER

Start small.
Grow with Pro.

Send personalized individual messages through the legitimate number or identity you’ve selected in Messages on your Mac. No rented sending number required.

Your own number. Clear expectations.

Your Mac must be signed in to Messages. iMessage uses its configured identity; SMS availability depends on your iPhone and Text Message Forwarding. If you have multiple legitimate numbers, select the appropriate identity in Messages and verify it with a test. Infinitum does not rotate numbers or bypass carrier restrictions.

Live-send attempts, including tests, use credits. Dry runs do not. Failed or uncertain attempts may count. Allowances reset monthly at midnight UTC, do not roll over, and are shared across your signed-in Macs. Carrier charges may still apply. Pro is an app subscription, not a messaging delivery service.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Checkout shows the total and any applicable tax before payment.

Responsible use & messaging restrictions

Credits are permission to use Infinitum’s software, not permission from Apple or a carrier to send a particular volume or type of message. “Unlimited,” where offered, means no monthly Infinitum send-credit cap for that account. It does not remove the three-campaign limit, safety controls, provider terms, carrier charges, technical limits, or restrictions on account sharing.

Your phone number or Apple account may be restricted or blocked, temporarily or permanently. Messages may be delayed, filtered or undelivered. There is no safe volume that guarantees avoidance of blocking. You are responsible for your recipients, required consent, content, sending identity and timing. Monitor replies, honor opt-outs promptly, and stop campaigns when delivery or account problems appear.

Apple’s rules matter: Apple states that iMessage is intended for communication with family and friends, not commercial activities or unwanted messages. Recipient consent alone does not override provider rules. Check whether your intended use is permitted before purchasing or sending. Read Apple’s Messages policy.

If sending is blocked

  1. Stop the campaign and review the error. Do not repeatedly retry, change numbers to evade restrictions, or promise recipients a delivery time.
  2. For SMS or carrier restrictions, contact your mobile provider. Ask whether your plan permits your intended messaging and follow its review instructions.
  3. For iMessage or FaceTime activation/sign-in problems, follow Apple’s official troubleshooting instructions. Where applicable, Apple directs users to its online activation request. For other restrictions, contact Apple Support.
  4. Wait for the provider’s decision. Resume only after service is restored and your intended use complies with its rules.

This is guidance to third-party support, not an Infinitum recovery service. Infinitum cannot remove a restriction, guarantee reinstatement, or control a provider’s decision or timing. A support request may be denied. The Terms of Use govern warranties, responsibility and liability to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
