Referral program terms

Verified adult account holders may join voluntarily. Earn 5% of a new referred user’s first paid subscription invoice, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, credits and disputed or fraudulent payments. Only the initial subscription purchase qualifies; renewals, free accounts, complimentary access, later subscriptions and self-referrals do not. USD only. Commissions round down to the nearest cent per invoice.

Your referral link must be used when the new user creates and completes their account. One referrer per account; no retroactive attribution or switching. Do not refer yourself, create duplicate accounts, use shared payment arrangements to manufacture commissions, send spam, misrepresent Infinitum or promise income, delivery, blocking protection or account recovery.

Commissions are held for 30 days after payment, then become eligible for review. A payout request requires at least $50 in eligible earnings. Pending holds and amounts already requested or paid do not count toward that threshold. Balances below $50 carry forward. Refunds, disputes and fraud can reduce or reverse commissions, including adjustments against future earnings where necessary.

Payouts require owner review of payments, refunds, disputes and eligibility. Requests do not move money automatically. We aim to review requests within 30 days; required identity, tax or payment information and unresolved disputes may delay processing. Payout method is arranged privately with support. Do not submit bank details, tax IDs or passwords in the app or public issues. You are responsible for applicable taxes; we may request necessary documentation through an appropriate secure channel before payment.

Disclose your commission clearly beside every referral recommendation, for example: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Do not rely on a hidden footer disclosure. Make truthful claims and follow advertising laws and platform rules.

Infinitum may suspend abusive participation and reject ineligible earnings with a reason. Contact kdoyle@infinitumimagery.com to question an attribution or payout decision. Changes will be dated and apply prospectively; valid accrued earnings remain subject to the terms under which they were earned and mandatory legal rights. This program supplements the Terms of Use and does not guarantee earnings or employment.

Referral privacy notice

We store your program acceptance, referral code, referring/referred account association, qualifying Stripe invoice identifiers, commission amounts, hold dates, payout requests and owner audit records to operate and protect this program. Referrers see aggregate earnings, not referred users’ contact information. Authorized administrators can review account and payment records. Sharing a referral link discloses its code to recipients; the account page submits it during signup. We retain financial/audit records as needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations.
