- Ask each teammate to create an account and verify their email.
- Find their email below and select their account.
- Enter a reason, such as “Team member.” Leave expiration blank for ongoing access.
- Choose Grant free unlimited sending. Ask them to Refresh Account in the Mac app.
No card or paid subscription is required. You can revoke a grant anytime. Granting access does not cancel an existing Stripe subscription; a subscribed teammate should cancel renewal through Manage subscription if they no longer need it.
